By using this site, applying for or buying The Mini Series, or using our free resources, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

The Mini Series is a done-for-you service: six short vertical episodes (about 15 to 20 seconds each) with one story arc and your product woven in, plus a caption for each episode and a simple posting plan. You approve the scripts first. After we make the series, you get one round of revisions. We deliver within 14 days of the day you approve the scripts.

Applying and payment

Applying is free. We review every application and may accept or decline it. If we accept, we email you the next steps and a payment link. Work starts after payment and your booked kickoff call. See Refunds and cancellation below. Prices are in US dollars. Founding client pricing is limited to the first three clients and is given in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to share the finished series as a case study.

What we need from you

You agree to send the information, product photos and approvals we reasonably ask for, in good time. Delivery dates depend on you approving scripts and giving feedback promptly. You are responsible for the claims you make about your product and for posting the content in line with the rules of the platforms you use.

AI-generated content

Episodes are made with AI tools and labeled "Made with AI". AI output can vary, so we review and refine it, but it may not match real people, places or products exactly. Concept art on our sample pages is example imagery, not client work.

Ownership and use

When you have paid in full, you may use your finished series for your own business on any channel. We keep the right to use our tools, methods and prompts. If you agreed to be a case study, we may show your series and your testimonial in our marketing.

Refunds and cancellation

Within 48 hours: if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of paying, and before we have started your scripts, you get a full refund.
After we start: once we start your scripts, the payment is final and non-refundable, because that is when our time and production costs are committed.
If something is off: you approve the scripts before we make the episodes, and you get one round of revisions. The scripts you approved are the standard the episodes are checked against. Revisions are how we fix concerns, not refunds.
Delays on your side: if approvals, feedback or materials from you are late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.
Founding clients: the same rules apply.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise sales, views, followers or income. Results depend on your product, offer, audience and how you publish.

Free and digital products

Our free guides and digital products are for your personal or business use only. Do not copy, resell or share them without permission.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide this site and our services "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
