Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

This policy explains what Create & Sell with AI ("we", "us") collects when you visit this site, apply for The Mini Series, or join our email list, and how we use it.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), what you sell, and any story ideas or details you send in an application, a form, a message or an email.
Automatically: your browser and device type, pages viewed, the link that brought you here (including campaign tags), and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payments: if you buy, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To review your application and reply to you.
To deliver what you bought or requested, including emails, files and the booking of calls.
To send you emails about our free resources, products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To measure and improve this site and our ads.
To keep our business safe and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar tools to measure visits and ad results and to show our ads to people who visited our site. These tools may set cookies and send information such as the pages you view and, when you submit a form, that a sign-up happened. You can limit this through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and customer management platform (GoHighLevel), our messaging tools (such as ManyChat for Instagram messages), our payment processor, scheduling tools, and advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Work we make for clients

If you become a client, the details and product photos you send us are used to make your series. We only show your series publicly as a case study if you agree to that in writing, for example as a founding client.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to info@aiforbossbabes.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
